Throughout 2020, Huntington Learning Center created a variety of digitally-driven and hybrid in-person and online learning programs – including the tutoring and test prep platform HuntingtonHelps LIVE, Huntington Study Hall, Huntington Homework Help, and Academic Performance Coach. With the rollout of each new program franchisees and staff were trained by the Training Department on the new systems and procedures. In 2020, the Training team held 671 calls, which led to 5,088 hours of system-wide training. Additional eCourses for franchisees were utilized online 21,974 times. Even in a pandemic, Huntington rose to fulfill its vision of world-class student results and franchisee profitability.
